Sunday services
Our Sunday services include a variety of readings and prayers, and music led by highly skilled musicians. At the heart of the service is a sermon, in which the preacher will seek to teach the Bible honestly and connect it thoughtfully to our lives. Even if you have never been to church before, we think that you will find it interesting and helpful.
11am
With groups for 0–18s
Our morning service has a wide range of ages and backgrounds. You can expect a couple of classic hymns played on an organ and two or three modern songs led by a band. We start together then children leave for their own groups partway through.
The service lasts for an hour. We serve tea and coffee from 10.45am and after the service.
5pm
With a group for 4–11s
Evenings are informal and if you are arriving in London to begin work or study, you will find many people at your stage of life. The music is generally contemporary, but we draw from Christian tradition through all the centuries.
The service lasts for an hour. We serve tea and coffee from 4.30pm, and afterwards we serve a light supper (£1.75).
Midweek
Jesus longs for his church to be made more like him.
One of the ways this happens is through our midweek small groups. We deepen friendships by serving each other and linking the good news of Jesus to our lives.
Many of us work centrally so lots of our groups meet in the church building. Others meet in people’s homes. There are daytime and evening groups and also a Mandarin group.
