Meet some people
Staff & Churchwardens
Brian has been the vicar of Christ Church since April 2022. Before that he led a church in inner-city Liverpool for ten years. He has previously worked for churches in Sydney, New York and Cambridge. He is married to Alice, a barrister, and they have three children: Lucy, Bear and Charlotte. Brian loves sport and has the unusual claim of having captained both universities in a varsity match.
Rich has been at Christ Church since 2017 having spent 8 years serving in churches across the south of the UK. He is responsible for the student and small group ministry at Church. He spent three years training as an illustrator and still has a keen interest in the visual arts.
Gordon joined Christ Church in 2018 upon relocating from Sydney to London as part of a job move. He grew up in middle-America where he met his wife Kimberly, and they have three grown children. He works in IT and enjoys spy novels and hiking.
Andrew joined Christ Church at the start of 2016 after moving from Cambridge. Andrew is married to Claire with whom he led a bible study group for a number of years before taking on the role of churchwarden. They currently live in Southfields and Andrew is a molecular biology researcher at Imperial College London at the Hammersmith Hospital campus. Amongst other interests Andrew especially enjoys cycling and baking.

Overseer of Children’s Work
Breanna grew up in Birmingham and on the South coast but has called London home since 2013. She studied Biomedical Science at Imperial College and has worked at Christ Church since graduating in 2016. She is married to Michael, a doctor at Croydon Hospital, and they currently live in Battersea.
Ministry Support Coordinator
Roselle grew up in Cornwall, and after graduating in textiles from Bath, moved to London where she worked in fashion and interiors before working for Christ Church in 2021. She enjoys spending time with her friends, and a good day at the beach.
Pastoral Worker & Director of Music
Sam joined Christ Church in September 2020, having previously held roles at St Helen’s Bishopsgate and the Royal Church of St Alfege, Greenwich. When not at Christ Church, Sam enjoys a varied freelance schedule, which among other things has recently taken him to the O2 Arena to play alongside Queen.
Pippa has been part of the church family at Christ Church since 2017 and joined the team in 2022, having previously worked for a Christian charity. She studied languages at university and loves singing and baking.
Grace moved to London 2023 to be a part time ministry trainee alongside some nannying. She grew up in Liverpool and graduated from Chester University where she studied Chemistry. In her free time you’ll often find her outside exploring London or in a coffee shop.
Tristan is one of our Ministry Trainees following three years working in the self-driving vehicle sector. Having grown up in Bristol, he studied Engineering at Durham University from 2014 but spent far more time behind the drum kit or on the squash court!
